Dr. Ly received her bachelor’s degree at the University of Maryland College Park in 1997 and proceeded to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College Optometry in Boston in 2001. Dr. Ly is board certified to use diagnostic and therapeutic pharmaceutical drugs for treating and managing eye diseases. Dr. Ly is a long time resident of Maryland, and she is excited about providing healthy eye care for her community. Dr. Ly is happily married and has two adorable boys.
